Returns Policy

1. Overview

This Returns Policy applies to all trade purchases made from AD Wholesale Group Limited (Company No. 17265937). As a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale supplier, our returns policy is governed by the terms agreed at the time of purchase and applicable UK commercial law.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • Products received that are damaged or defective upon delivery
  • Incorrect items delivered that do not match the confirmed purchase order
  • Products that are materially not as described

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind or ordering errors made by the buyer
  • Products that have been opened, used, or had their packaging damaged by the buyer
  • Products returned outside of the specified return window

3. Return Window

All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@adwholesalegroup.co.uk with the following information:

  • Your company name and order reference number
  • Details of the item(s) to be returned
  • Reason for the return request
  • Photographic evidence where applicable (e.g. damaged or incorrect goods)

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Do not return any goods without prior written authorisation from AD Wholesale Group Limited.

5. Return Shipping

Where a return is approved due to our error (e.g. incorrect or damaged goods), we will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of returned goods, refunds or replacements will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
